How to join Aberdeen Artists Society

Please Note we are currently planning and implementing an upgrade to this website which will have an on-line system for subscription payments and also have a fully automated system keeping track of subscriptions and their due dates which shall be operational by February 2020.

The annual renewal was previously due at the same time as the AGM.

Please note Membership subscriptions will now be due 1st February.

Membership of the Society is open to artists resident both, within and out with the Northeast of Scotland. Besides being a member of a widely recognised independent art society, other member benefits include: a discounted members submission rate for shows (including the Annual Exhibition at Aberdeen Art Gallery); a reduction in commission on sale of works from an AAS exhibition, and a 10% reduction on works purchased from an AAS exhibition. The Society also aims to mount Members only exhibitions at reduced submissions rates.
