My pieces are predominantly in watercolour, gouache, and ink, on paper and canvas.
I take inspiration from nature, fantasy, and my cat. I have always loved drawing as a child. Though my professional life has led me elsewhere, art has always been a quiet constant, giving me space to slow down, observe, and imagine.
Since moving to Aberdeen, I have found great joy in hiking, foraging, and sea-swimming. When work took me to different parts of Scotland, I have been deeply moved by its beauty. I try to communicate the sense of wonder I feel in nature through my art.
